Since my review has to be more characters here is a bunch of characters.
|Recommended: NoMaintenance issues will eventually rear their head — Good amenities like WiFi, gym, work spaces, etc., but the downsides are massive. Maintenance repair rarely ever gets resolved, and there's no way to contact the department directly. Phone lines are minimal and communication otherwise is rarely answered - when they leave for the weekends, you're basically on your own. Overall it doesn't feel like anyone puts genuine work or care into helping residents, unless it's on their very arbitrary schedule.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe experience so far is great, right next to the school, beautiful area. Even though everything is online it feels good to be out doing something. The power outage was a little bit annoying, but they fixed it by the end of the night which was good.
|Recommended: YesThe property here is well maintained by the workers and it is well kept — Living here is pretty cool I feel like I'm at home and there is much to here at the Union and the surrounding area Everyone is nice and friendly

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis place was ok. Really didn’t like the automatic renewal thing during the pandemic but the space was nice. It was quiet but I wish There was a bit more events.
|Recommended: YesKept up to date. Nice rooms. Nice property — Living at the Union is very convenient because I can walk to my college in 5 minutes. It is also a step up from the regular college dorm life. There is a lot to do.

|Recommended: YesPretty Good Overall — My main issue is the people upstairs are extremely loud at odd hours and I’m not really sure how to make a noise complaint. It also appears that I have to pay a third installment of my first months rent. Very frustrating and unclear as to why.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’ve only lived here for a few days, but the rooms are really nice the staff seems very community-oriented friendly I like the little social media wall all the cool stuff in the lobby. Can’t wait to be able to use it when COVID clears up
