The amenities such as ping-pong table, gym, basketball and volleyball court are used regularly by me and I love the events organized by the staff, who are overall quite helpful. With all this and the furnished apartments taken into account, the rent is very reasonable. Highly recommend for every student in the Dearborn area but especially for HFCC and UMich Dearborn residents

|Recommended: YesI lived here for almost a year. I loved living by myself. I decided last week to move to Cleveland, so I am breaking my lease. Call me today if you can move in immediately You must complete an application with the main office, have good credit, and act now so that management can process everything. My goal is to avoid paying for the month of May here and a place in Cleveland. Let's help each other.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe unofficial accomodation for students of the campus sounded a very good idea to me. That's the reason I narrowed down to The Union instead of alternatives available here for housing.
Amenities like victor's den which is virtually a study ground is very helping to students who want to study in a relatively informal manner than a library. The inhouse gym is also another facility that render us not going out of our housing building providing much ease.
Maintenance team is also very helpful and resolves issues in time.
